It just depends on how often Google visits the sites with the links pointing to yours and how often they update their backlinks. I have ...

How are backlinks from .Gov and .Edu sites treated by google. Are they just as any other backlinks or can they do more for your SERPS by giving your site higher credibility? (trust points?) I apologize because I know there was another thread about this same topic just a few days ago, but I can't seem to track it down. 1. What are the seo specific dangers of changing your IP address? I have a name based site on a shared certificate that needs to be moved to an IP based domain. 2. Will this have any affect on BL, PR, are positions in SERPS? Does it change your Alexa positions? 3. Are there any "best practices" for this maneuver? Changing IPs has no effect on search engine rankings. Comments on ...
