Hello I saw a posting a few lines down about images and noticed it said the post was from 2006. I received this list from a friend of mine a few days ago. It is a list of websites of images and royalty free images for commercial use. So I compared both lists and seems most of these sites my friend gave me weren't on that 2006 list. So anyways I figured if it helps someone out cool- I don't want to be held accountable if some of it is bad lol. I am just trying to help out with this list I received. ...

Hi guys Does anyone out there have the definitive answer on how to identify what google classes as an Authority Site? I see a lot of people talk about them but how do we identify them? Ideas? . i guess id define it as a hub. Many sites link to it, and it also links out to many sites that are more relevent to secondary subjects related to it. You could probably call a niche directory an authority site. Say, it has lots of information on 'widgets' in general. Many sites link to it for its relevence and mass ...

Almost every web design company and web designers need to search for images or photographs on internet to use in their design. They look for FREE photos i.e without charge, for them to use however they want. Here is the list of websites that should be, for the majority, completely free photos. There should be absolutely no Rights-Managed (”licensed images”) in the list below. Rights-Managed images require you to pay for every time you use it or reproduce it. I have found this list on net. If you ...

I need something that will download all files from an RSS feed that end with ether an xml, or xsd file extension. I can think of a few RSS readers that could this, problem is the RSS feed that I need this done on, doesn't use the enclosure tag. Here's how the item tags are laid out. <item ...

If your site is written in English and you can get a backlink from a government site(high pr, homepage), but the site is not in English. It's in French, Spanish, or Chinese, whatever. Hi all, I'm trying to use EasyMenu (http://www.easymenu.co.uk) for a site at the moment and am having trouble with the layout in Opera (on XP SP3 at various screen resolutions). It actually seems to look quite different in every browser on my PC but Opera is the worst... The problem is that the drop-down menu actually sits up over the top of the menu bar itself, rather than below the menu bar, where it should and does quite happily in IE8 on my PC. I thought that was the only problem until I showed it to ...

I have a new site and I've been trying to start promoting it by doing various link exchanges. I've done a couple, but when I search for the links to my site - the link exchanges don't come up. What could be the reason for this? The sites have good PR's and are in the search engines. Why is this? - Thanks in advance. How long have the backlinks been up? It takes 1-2 updates before they are posted. Also it has been shown that pages called "links" do not pass Pr or backlinks its best to go for sites that have ...
