Hey guys, so I was browsing on xda-developers and came across this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1976429&page=14 Pretty much a bunch of people were able to contact AT&T and get a price-match in the form of a $100 credit to their account when stating that Walmart was advertising the Note 2 for $199 while AT&T sold it to them for $299. Just wanted to report that I did contact AT&T and after a couple of tries I was connected (Live Chat) to an agent that credited me $100 as a 'one ...

I've read somewhere that Google is now selling Google Play gift cards at major distributions centers such as Walmart. I have been unable to find them. Has anyone else seen these anywhere? I haven't seen them anywhere... maybe they mean prepaid debit cards? Like the Visa cards you can buy at Walmart and the like? I don't think they make such a thing I looked for them at store's before and didn't see them. But they should make them. They would probably sell really well. You could use them to buy anything in ...

Well I tried, the site kept giving me an error about my plan, AT&T customer service couldnt explain why, said my plan was fine. So I called the number Walmart has set up to place wireless orders over the phone. $50 less then AT&T. The rep tried to sell me a stylus, I lol'd. Its going to take a few days to get here, since Im cheap and I didnt want to pay for faster shipping. I dont have an AT&T store anywhere near me, and none of the Walmarts in the area have the phone yet.

I was told about something called Apache by a friend of mine. Apprently, I can host a site from my own computer. I went to the site and got very confused. Someone willing to explain this to me? Thanks, Brandon You can host a site from your own computer if your ISP doesn't block it. Apache is one of the servers that you can use. It has to be downloaded and installed on the machine that will hold your web page. Also, you will have to use dyndns or something similar since you don't have a static IP address. ...

Anyone on here use PrePaid carriers? If you do, please share your experiences. I don't know what exactly you want to know, but I have always used prepaid. I was with Virgin Mobile for a while and they were pretty good, but their speeds just weren't that great where I am. And I switched to T-mobile prepaid a few months ago and have a MyTouch 4G Slide and so far my experiences have been good. Can't complain about 4g and no contract. I have used Cricket in the past for years, and as soon as my contract ...

Walmart has become an American staple, with the Walton family all falling into the top 20 billionaires in the world (according to Forbes), bulk buying has really paid off for them over the years. If the Walton families joined forces they could, theoretically, buy Lake Superior, fill it with gold iPhone 5Ss, and still afford to pay a third world army to blow it up. But that's not what they're doing with the money, and I couldn't tell you why. Instead they're starting the 'Gadgets for Gift Cards' program ...
