while im playing Crysis, my computer restarts and then loads till the windows xp page, then restarts again. etc. Only does it sometimes? But when I putt it off for a +- 20 seconds and switch it on again it goes in to windows fine. could this be a virus or overheating problems where my pc is trying to protect itself? I would say overheating - do you have a temp monitor? Start your comp with the case open and see if all of your fans are working. might be bad RAM too. Does it beep when it loads? Most ...

Hi Everyone, I have a bit of an issue, I got started using SVN for the first time with Xcode.. I have a local linux server that I svn+ssh into and that is where my repo is. I released my first app on the app store and started on a large revision so I didnt want to fudge up my copy that I knew worked (other then saving off a copy of the entire project) I decided I would use SVN to make a branch build So I have an svn repo on my linux server /SCM/TapDat /trunk /Tap Dat (this is my main trunk with version ...

I have heard a lot pros and cons about prefix.pch file. The opponents say it's a bad style. Personally I think it actually add to the confusions when reading other people's codes or my own old codes if I have the headers tuck away especially if the tucked away files are catagory.h. But the proponents claim it shorten compile time. I don't really see it that way because one way or the other the headers would have to be compiled, so I am wondering what is the real advantage in using prefix.pch? What else are ...

What's the best way to make a project-wide constant variable? For example, if I want: int x = 1; through my entire project, what's the best way to do this without having to do a bunch of imports or class variables in each class that needs it? Hi, I published lite version of my iPhone-app and is in the store. Now, I want to add the code for the 'full' version and am stuck at a point. After adding the second target in the project, the lite version compiles fine, but the full version does not. This is because the macro defined in _Prefic.pch file is not visible to the full version of the code. Can a project have multiple .pch files? If no, how do I specify XCode to share the .pch file with both targets?

I've created a couple of playlists on my PC, but I can't get them to work on my Android Tablet. I moved the M3U playlist files directly to my internal storage under the Music folder which contains several subfolders. Here's the contents of one of my M3U files: Code: Linkin Park\Linkin Park Meteora\01-linkin_park_-_foreword-mp3.mp3 Linkin Park\Linkin Park Meteora\02-linkin_park_-_dont_stay-mp3.mp3 I've tried it like this as well: Code: \Linkin Park\Linkin Park Meteora\01-linkin_park_-_foreword-mp3.mp3 ...

ok, i want to have an int that i can change from all views. How would i acheive this??? RLScott wrote: » In some .h file that gets imported into all views declare the int as a global. I had a rough patch with my girlfriend and I deleted all of my pictures in a fit of rage. Is there a way I can recover these prized photos that were'nt on my SD? Could i restore to an earlier date. If so, how could I? Nope. Thats why it asks you if you are sure you want to delete the photos before you do. With an actual hard drive, data recovery is entirely possible, because most of the time a hard drive doesnt actually delete the files, it just marks them to be overwritten. But with a solid state drive ...
