Hello! I'm playing around with NimbleKit, which allows you to develop an iPhone App using HTML, CSS and Javascript. I built a swiping gallery using JavaScript, which works fine. You can swipe through your pictures. After adding a feature which allows me to play a video, if I tap on a picture something strange happens: If I swipe from right to left the link is triggered and the video starts playing. But this doesn't happen, if I swipe from left to right or if a video was played before I swipe left... Can ...

Hi I followed a tutorial and managed to get this popout effect on my site using jquery. impact-products. co . uk / category.asp? cat=Sound When you hover over a brand it pops out with a white square background, when you hover off, it returns to its normal state. Now each icon links to a different page which is great but the glitch i have is that when you go back (using the browser window buttons) to the original page the icon that was clicked is still popped out. I want when the user returns back to this ...

I'm working on a site that has a jquery slider up at the top of the page and then lower on the page an jquery accordian style menu. The slider was working until I put the accordian menu script in, now only the accordian script is running. I'm a novice (or worse) at using javascript. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Copied and pasted the head portion of my html because I think that's where the problem is occurring. Code: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" ...

I was thinking about using Javascript tabs on my site. I the content for each tab is related, and I wanted it all to be on 1 page. The Javascript tabs I am looking at use "display: none" for hiding the tabs that aren't seen. Will Google be able to see the content that is hidden? Will I be penalized for it? Would it be better to just create separate pages for the content I wanted to put in the tabs? Originally Posted by rayman71 I was thinking about using Javascript tabs on my site. Hey the title pretty much desribed my problem. How would i go about adding a css class to a field when another field is completed? I need this for form validation but i honestly dont know where to start =/ Help would be greatly appreciated! Breakdown of script: 1. When the page is rendered a JavaScript hook is added to the first <input>, on the onblur trigger. It calls the function setFieldClassName. 2. Inside that function, it checks the length of field1 for being greater than zero. If so, field2 is ...

How do you make a background photo change everytime a user comes to the site? Also, can this be implemented with and/or in conjunction with CSS? Thanks! =-) i would assume that you would have an array of numbers / pictures and then you have a javascript generate a random number from 0 - X. then whichever number it chooses, it sets as the background. then you have javascript set that image as the background. i did googled for: javascript random background image ( http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=ja ... ...
