Hey, on my site, i have a problem with case sensitive usernames. When users register, it writes the name in the database, in the case they have entered. When they come back and login, they can get in with a different case username, but the database will not read the info in the table. www.excelwebs.net/aimipstealer Here is the code for login: <?php // database connect script. require 'db_connect.php'; include('header.html'); if($logged_in == 1) { die('You are already logged in, '.$_SESSION['username'].'. ...

How do i send a variable from one php page to another? for example, if i had just logged somebody in via a form on a .html page, and they click on another link after being logged in, how do i keep their data updated? can i send a variable from one page to another via a php command? You'd have to use forms, unless these PHP variables are static. You could also store the values in a cookie and just use $_COOKIE['cookiename'] to retrieve the vars (Potential security risk, unless you encrypt the information) ...

Hello, I'm literally a newbie to iPhone Development. Amongst all the other wonders, I'm trying to POST username & password to an 'already LIVE' webpage which, upon correct credentials will return a Welcome message for me. The bit I'm left wondering about is that there's no call to NSURLConnection delegate method didReceiveData. I've checked (using NSLog) other delegate methods like didReceiveResponse, connectionDidFinishLoading and they are being called also there's no call being made to didFailWithError, ...
