This is a pretty basic question but how are LLC's taxed? Do you pay separate tax rates for federal and state? Ive read there is a flat 15% rate but then I've also read that taxation varies by state.. If it's a sole member LLC (like a Sole Proprietorship), then all the income of the LLC rolls into your personal taxes, and gets reported on Schedule C and Form 1040. http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p3402.pdf So the tax rate is whatever your personal tax rate is. joe FlyingDiver wrote: » If it's a ...

Hello I saw a posting a few lines down about images and noticed it said the post was from 2006. I received this list from a friend of mine a few days ago. It is a list of websites of images and royalty free images for commercial use. So I compared both lists and seems most of these sites my friend gave me weren't on that 2006 list. So anyways I figured if it helps someone out cool- I don't want to be held accountable if some of it is bad lol. I am just trying to help out with this list I received. ...

Hi I'm having a little trouble in creating a multiple page order form for my website. Basically what I want is the order form to comprise of around 4 pages which each carry the data inputted on the four forms to the next page and the last page passes all the data to the credit card processor. It all works fine on a single page, but that's no use because the page is far too tall. Here's an example..... 1. Page1.php - user enters "name" and "address" and click next. 2. Page1.php forwards the data to ...

I have a new site and I've been trying to start promoting it by doing various link exchanges. I've done a couple, but when I search for the links to my site - the link exchanges don't come up. What could be the reason for this? The sites have good PR's and are in the search engines. Why is this? - Thanks in advance. How long have the backlinks been up? It takes 1-2 updates before they are posted. Also it has been shown that pages called "links" do not pass Pr or backlinks its best to go for sites that have ...

This is my small gift to the SEO Chat community from whom i learn a lot. I wrote this article in December of 2009 and hope that it hasn't become outdated since search industry is changing every second. I like teaching (although it should not be confused with preaching) and sharing knowledge. I used to teach C, C++ (programming language) to 1st year engineering students (as a tutor and not in the college) some 6 years back when i myself was a student and since then have got this bug Consequently i ...

Sorry about the general nature of the title. It's kinda difficult to describe in just a few words but it's a simple concept. I need to create a form that allows a user to enter multiple addresses. I can't do them one at a time because they will be related to the main record and which hasn't been created yet. Here's an example... The form contains fields for the main record (an account). A shareholder, John Smith, enters his information.. John Smith 123 Main Street Anytown, AA 12345 For his account, he is ...
