Hi all, I'd like to know exactly what " sub-domains " are, & how to take full advantage of them ? I have a little webspace, & I'm allowed 1 sub-domain, this is the reason for my question. Anyone. A sub domain is basically a word/s attached to the front of a domain name ie: http://word.domainname.com It can be helpful in segmenting parts of a website instead of using http://domainname.com/foldername/ Hi Nic, There really is no reason at all for you to do this... Can Windows 2000 Server natively load balance across four (4) network interface cards for faster throughput from one server? If so, how do I configure it. I know there are software packages that can load balance, but can Windows do this by default? If Windows 2000 can't do it by default, what software is recomended? This isn't in regards to clustering, just a simple stand alone server. Try that for starters . http://techrepublic.com.com/5100-6268-1048675.html http://www.netadmintools.com/art247.html ...

Hello all, I've been looking for 100g Ethernet chipsets as well as an overview about 10g NICs without success so far. If you do know providers of such fast chipsets or NICs, please drop me a line. Thanks in advance, Thomas www.ng-ethernet.com Thanks, sandman6471, for your answer, which did actually helped me in a way. Not that there are any 100g Chips available so far, but the statement about the demand was interesting enough. Thanks again, Thomas www.ng-ethernet.com Probably not what your looking for, but ...

Ok, my Ethernet Controller is in a PCI slot and Device Manager says it's there. However, Device Manager says it can't recognize the manufacturer nor does it have the driver for it, when I'm about 85% sure I have the proper driver installed. How can I fix this? My Ethernet Card is a Broadcom 4401 Integrated NIC, my motherboard's a ASUS P5GD1-VM (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6813131520) Thanks for your help! http://www.network-drivers.com/drivers/126/126794.htm This is the driver for it.

This is a strange one and haven't really had the time to diagnose and troubleshoot but thought I would run it by you all. A few times a day my internet connection just quits. At first I was putting the blame on Comcast. They came out to my house and said I had a weak signal. The did some work to the lines and replaced my 3 year old modem. All was fine. Then I moved and started experiencing the same issue. Once again, I blamed Comcast. I had them come out to run lines to a couple of rooms. While the tech ...
