I have read every thread on this forum related to accessing OWA on my Android. Posters on this site talked about Touchdown (free vs. full) and Emoze for their Windows PC handset. I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 and I do not want to have to switch to an iPhone. I will if I cannot resolve this issue. Please help. I can access OWA exch.company.com/owa from my browser. No problem at all. ActiveSync is not allowed per IT regulations. Therefore Roadsync, Moxier, DejaVu, etc. will not work. My collegues at work are ...

Let's get real here. There are tons of threads that cover email on the droid. But Seriously.... What are some good apps that support OWA <-- Emoze is the only one I can find so far, however it is not supported on droid at this time. This should be a very basic piece of software.... - connect to a https:// site - you may need to install a security certificate? - logon with username and password - send / recieve mail Why do you need support for OWA? Can you not get mail through ActiveSync? Man I saw the end ...

I would really love to have access to my work email without needing access to OWA (like Touchdown). I believe the iPhone has this capability, unless their method does in fact rely on OWA. Why can't it be done for Android? My IT department simply refuses to give access to OWA without being in the VPN, so that ruins Touchdown for me. Try using the server: red001.mail.microsoftonline.com and username: full email address and fill in everything else as told by your IT department. Hopefully that helps. Id ...

What email app will connect to Exchange (not OWA) and allow deletes on the handset to NOT sync (i.e. not delete the source)? I have a user who wants to delete mail on his Samsung S3 as he goes but not have it affect his Outlook / OWA. I played with K9 (but it is OWA based for Exchange) and Touchdown (and a few others) but can not find an app that does not sync email deletes. Your assistance would be appreciated. bump

I work for a company that uses Exchange server and has webmail access for us. We use Outlook in the building and webmail when away. We don't have a good IT support person who can give me the necessary settings here locally and asking corporate for the info is impossible. When I had my Blackberry a Verizon tech support guy was able to help me set it up from the information in my webmail URL. I don't remember his trick for getting all the settings so I was hoping someone here might know how. If anyone knows ...

I briefly owned a blackberry not too long ago so that I could handle work e-mail on the go. However, I was disappointed with its e-mail capabilities (or lack thereof) and quickly got rid of it. Due to the nature of my work, I use several different e-mail accounts and I need to be able to access them using imap so that when I move or delete an e-mail locally, it gets updated on the server. Can the G1 accommodate this? For each e-mail account, can you specify things like imap and smtp server? I use a gmail ...

Hi all, Totally new to the forum, so please be nice! I have looked at other threads and cant seem to find an answer there so here it goes. Does anyone know of an App that acts similar to the Blackberry email client? What i really mean is does anyone know of an app that acts as a third party entering your log in details and then pushing emails to your phone (similar to what i believe the BB client does) I only ask as i wish to connect to my Uni email address and the IMAP settings are restricted on ...
